International conference "Trends and Challenges of Female Engineers in Logistics and Traffic"
We are pleased to invite you to the International Conference "Trends and Challenges of Female Engineers in Logistics and Traffic" organized by the Engineering Academy of Serbia.
Co-organizers of the Conference are the Union of Engineers and Technicians of Serbia, the Association of Women in Logistics, the Intersection Association and the Equal Opportunities Association.
The Conference is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation of the Republic of Serbia.
GOAL OF THE CONFERENCE
The conference aims to point out the state, trends and challenges of female engineers in the field of logistics and traffic in achieving competitiveness, sustainable development and gender equality in the conditions of dynamic changes in the economic and social environment, market and user requirements. Global market trends require adequate planning of sustainable logistics and traffic processes and systems in order to perform successful business strategies and achieve sustainable development goals. The expected results of the Conference are guidelines for improving logistics and traffic in accordance with environmental trends, integrating new technologies, circular economy, principles of sustainability and gender equality in all levels of planning, designing and managing activities, processes and systems in the fields of logistics and traffic.
